Terms and Conditions:

1. Acceptance of Estimate

Approval of this estimate constitutes authorization to perform the work as described. Any changes or additions must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

A deposit of 50% will be required for any job over or equal to $2,000.

A deposit of $50 will be required for any job under $2,000.

Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee after 3 days.

Customer agrees to pay all collection costs if payment becomes delinquent.



3. Scheduling & Weather Delays

Landscaping services are weather dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to rain, extreme heat, unsafe conditions, or material delays.



4. Property Access

Customer agrees to provide clear access to the work area, including removal of vehicles, debris, pet waste, and personal items. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the service area.



5. Utilities & Irrigation

Customer is responsible for marking private utilities, irrigation lines, invisible fences, and other underground installations not located by public utility marking services. We are not liable for damage to unmarked or improperly marked lines. Customers will be provided with marking flags.



6. Plant & Material Warranty

Five Star Landscaping does not provide a full warranty on plants but are at full assistance to advise you of the proper techniques to maintain any plant.

Hardscape materials are subject to manufacturer warranties only.

7. Change Orders

Any work requested beyond the original scope will require approval and may adjust pricing and timeline.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, drainage issues, soil settling, or damage caused by factors outside our control.

9. Cancellation Policy

Projects canceled after scheduling may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee for jobs over or equal to $2,000. Deposits on jobs under $2,000 will be non-refundable once job is scheduled.

10. Photographing

Customer authorizes the Company to photograph and record videos of the property and completed work. The Company may use such content for marketing, advertising, social media, website, and other promotional purposes.
